The staff and technicians at Viva Powersports were nothing short of amazing! I took my 2006 Honda VFR Interceptor in for a full service (front & rear brakes, coolant flush, spark plugs, chain cleaning and adjustment & tuning). The communication was stellar! If an issue was discovered, or something was recommended, I was contacted immediately. The parts department ensured that I had the proper parts for the job & if they didn’t have it, it was ordered immediately. The technician was prideful in performing his work. Upon completion, the bike rode like new!! I was highly impressed and they have definitely earned my respect, as well as my business.

From the time I scheduled the service appointment for my Tiger 800 XCx, I was taken good care of by Manny, the service advisor. He listened to what I wanted to have done, got me scheduled promptly and gave me a fair price. When I picked up the bike, the technician (Marc) took the time to answer some questions I had and to talk about the bike. He even cleaned the air filter while he had the fuel tank off. Manny and another hardworking young man even helped me load the bike into my truck. Although I purchased the Triumph in Albuquerque, VIVA's team earned my respect and my business.
